Stamp encouraged people to create their own mix to suit their tastes and energy needs but suggested almonds , pistachios , and chia seeds for a great trail snack .
“ BUT IF I WAS GOING TO BE STUCK ANYWHERE , I WANT 25 POUNDS OF ALMONDS . I CAN LAST A MONTH ,” Stamp said .
