To introduce the theme of finding happiness and explore what we think will make us happy .
Instructions
Using one of the activities below explore what the children think makes them happy and close by using the script at the end .

Play a stand-up / sit-down game , or use different sides of the room . Give the children some examples of things that may or may not make them feel happy . If that thing makes them feel happy , they stand up or go to one side of the room , and if it doesn ’ t make them happy
