The company has two large residential projects currently underway in Roseville . “ We ’ re responsible for mass grading and wet and dry utilities installation at Fiddyment 55 with 99 lots , and Federico Phase II Village I with 74 lots , both for Taylor Morrison Homes ,” says Randy Jordan , Underground Superintendent for Lund .
Jordan notes that Lund Construction Co . will continue to be a large part of Placer County ’ s significant construction activity . He says , “ The current housing market is

The team at Lund works diligently to shape the region through philanthropy as well . President Kevin Lund holds positions on two charity boards and sponsors or donates to the City of Roseville Mayor ’ s Cup , the Placer County Sheriff ’ s Office , many Placer County superintendents and Roseville city council members and several local schools .
“ Our bread and butter has been residential subdivision work , but we do numerous public works projects throughout the region as well ,” Jordan says . “ We are currently working on an infrastructure project in Roseville on Prairie Town Way and we continue to pursue public works jobs and commercial projects to make sure our horizons are broad enough to take advantage of any opportunities ahead .”
