GREEN FLAG: The track is clear. BANDIERA VERDE: la pista è libera.
BLUE FLAG: Shown to a rider about to be overtaken. BANDIERA BLU: viene sventolata ad un pilota che sta per essere sorpassato.
A SINGLE YELLOW FLAG: indicates that there is danger ahead, no overtaking. UNA SINGOLA BANDIERA GIALLA: Indica pericolo in vista, divieto di sorpasso.
YELLOW FLAG: Waved at each row of the grid, indicating a delay. BANDIERA GIALLA: sventolata a ogni fila della griglia indica un ritardo.
TWO YELLOW FLAGS: Indicates that there is a hazard wholly or partly blocking the track. The riders must slow down and be prepared to stop. DUE BANDIERE GIALLE: indicano la presenza di un ostacolo che blocca completamente o parzialmente la pista. I piloti devono rallentare ed essere pronti a fermarsi.
YELLOW AND RED STRIPED FLAG: Adhesion on this section of the track could be adversely affected by any reason other than rain. BANDIERA A STRISCE GIALLE E ROSSE: l’ aderenza su questo tratto di pista potrebbe essere compromessa per un qualsiasi motivo diverso dalla pioggia.
WHITE FLAG WITH DIAGONAL RED CROSS: Drops of rain on this specific section. BANDIERA BIANCA CON CROCE ROSSA DIAGONALE: pioggia su questo specifico tratto.
WHITE FLAG: Rain at some sectors. BANDIERA BIANCA: pioggia in alcuni settori.
RED FLAG AND RED LIGHTS: The race or practice is being interrupted. Riders must return slowly to the pits. BANDIERA ROSSA E SEMAFORI ROSSI: la gara o le prove sono interrotte. I piloti devono rientrare lentamente ai loro box.
BLACK FLAG: Used to convey instructions to a specific rider, together with his number. The rider must stop at the pits. BANDIERA NERA: viene utilizzata per comunicare istruzioni ad uno specifico pilota, unitamente al suo numero. Il pilota deve fermarsi ai box al termine del giro in corso.
BLACK FLAG WITH ORANGE DISK: Used to convey instructions to one specific rider, with his number. It means his motorcycle has mechanical problems likely to endanger himself or others. He must immediately leave the track. BANDIERA NERA CON DISCO ARANCIONE: viene utilizzata per comunicare istruzioni ad uno specifico pilota, unitamente al suo numero. Indica che la sua moto presenta problemi meccanici che potrebbero mettere in pericolo lui stesso o gli altri. Deve immediatamente lasciare la pista.
CHEQUERED FLAG: To finish races or practice sessions. BANDIERA A SCACCHI: indica la fine di gare o sessioni di prove.
