HORNET COMMONS STUDENT HOUSING COMPLEX
Using a P3 project delivery method , Lawson Mechanical provided design / assist services of the mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems for the nearly completed 354,000 square foot , 1,000 plus bed apartment community complex comprising of four-bedroom single occupancy units , two-bedroom double occupancy units and studio units .
TSCHANNEN SCIENCE COMPLEX
Lawson Mechanical provided design / assist services of the mechanical HVAC , plumbing , and lab systems for the Ernest E . Tschannen Science Complex , a 96,600 square foot , LEED Gold Certifified five-level building that boasts a 120-seat planetarium and a rooftop observatory . This project was constructed while adjacent to operational facilities and had a limited laydown and material staging areas .
