“ For distribution centers , we provide gate management , truck verification , visitor management , and perimeter protection ,” says Michael Magpusao , business development manager for Securitas . “ We can also install camera systems for remote guarding and perform internal foot patrols to observe and report any hazards so clients can avoid workers ’ compensation incidents .”
Securitas offers the latest technology including its proprietary program ,
SecuritasVision , which links clients to security officers in real time . Clients can see what ’ s happening on-site and can read reports immediately . “ This program empowers clients to know what ’ s happening as it ’ s happening and enables them to have input based on enhanced knowledge of situations ,” says Magpusao .
Securitas serves 80 percent of Fortune 500 companies , has more than 100,000 employees in the U . S . and 1,500 in the Northern California region , and a 94 percent customer retention rate . Pivoting to clients ’ pandemic needs , the company created and operated a screening process to combat the spread of COVID-19 in 2020 , and those services will be available in 2021 .
