I stood back, watching him soar towards the chimera. As it let out a mighty roar, opening its hellish jaws, the hero shoved his spear in the beast’s throat. But the fight didn’t end. The chimera started howling even louder, and Achilles and I glanced at each other, alarmed.

The howling was so ear-splitting and vociferous that we thought we would deafen. Bellerophon's spear only briefly stopped this evil creature, but it did not destroy it. The recuperated creature hurled the wonderful, winged horse and its rider to the side - chimera was so exasperated that every part of her was shaking with rage. Suddenly, its gaze fell upon me, and in the blink of an eye, the chimera was already standing right in front of me - she was so close that you could see how angry, hurt, and spiteful that creature's eyes were. At that very moment, she stared at me like this, and the thought of me not surviving this battle crossed my mind. Thankfully, Pegasus with Bellerophon appeared out of nowhere and tried to attack the monster from its back with a dagger again, but to no avail… The chimera began to sputter enormous fireballs at Pegasus, but this magnificent animal managed to escape them. Then, loathed, the chimera grabbed Bellerophon and his horse and tore them to death. It was so awful that it made my skin crawl.
