Our experience in Redcolsi was truly exciting and rewarding. As part of this nationwide network of research groups, we had the opportunity to participate in the regional call and the chance to participate in the next national call with our project, "Caribbean Gastronomic Museum".

Throughout this journey, we faced our fears head-on and believed in our skills as professionals to carry out this project. We invite all research enthusiasts, aspiring entrepreneurs, and passionate individuals to join projects and calls like REDCOLSI, as they will open many doors and provide invaluable opportunities for the future.

Our project was born as an entrepreneurship classroom project in which the professors of each subjets helped us to reflect about our ideas and the best way to justificate them.

We started with a business plan that helped us to decide about what kind of entreprise we wanted to create and then, define the rest of the points of the plan.

We think that our Caribbean culture has many things to explore, so this project is the begining of many projects and professional goals.
