Ըստ Ալեքսանդր Մանթաշյանցի կենսագիր Խաչատուր Դադայանի երկարատև ուսումնասիրությունների ՝ Մանթաշյանցի բարեգործությունների ընդահնուր գումարը կազմել է ավելի քան 2մլն 500 հազար ռուբլի : Նա ավելի մեծ ծրագրեր ու ցանկություններ ուներ , որոնք չհասցրեց իրագործել :

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in June 1909 under the leadership of Catholicos Izmirlian . Unfortunately , Mantashyants did not get to see the result of this grand charity .
He was an honorary member of the Tiflis Armenian Drama Society and periodically allocated funds for its activities . He continually helped the food committee of the Turkish starving refugees , the Tiflis branch of the Society for the care of the blind , poor families , the program of the construction of workshops and shelters for juvenile delin-
