Уважаемые коллеги !
Редакция журнала « Современные проблемы сервиса и туризма » рада приветствовать Вас выходом первого выпуска в 2016 г . Этот год для нас юбилейный – осенью мы отметим 10-летие существования нашего журнала .
Данный « возрастной рубеж » журнал проходит достойно , занимая важную нишу информационного ресурса для российского профессионального сообщества сферы туристского сервиса . Сегодня мы начинаем интеграцию в мировое информационное и профессиональное пространство , постоянно расширяя присутствие журнала в различных международных индексах цитирования , реферативных базах данных , интернет-агрегаторах научной информации . Мы рады приветствовать новых членов международной редакционной коллегии журнала – это более 20 всемирно известных ученых , многие научные публикации которых уже сегодня стали классикой мировой туристской научной мысли . Мы благодарны им за признание нашего журнала и готовность к сотрудничеству .
Сегодня как российская , так и мировая туристская индустрия , несмотря на статистические показатели роста турпотоков , переживает кризисные явления , имеющие характер системных . Это обусловлено множественностью факторов . Одним из главных факторов можно назвать назревшую необходимость поиска принципиально новых моделей функционирования отрасли туристских услуг , интенсификации и оптимизации системы взаимодействия между всеми ее составляющими .
По мнению многих исследователей , путь дальнейшего развития сферы туризма и гостеприимства лежит через выработку принципиально иных моделей организации ,

Editors of the journal « Service & Tourism : Current challenges » is pleased to welcome you by the release of the first issue in 2016 . This year is anniversary for us – in the autumn we celebrate the 10th anniversary of the existence of our journal . This « age limit » the journal passes with dignity . Today it occupies an important niche of an information resource for the Russian professional community of the tourist service . Today we begin the integration to the global information and professional space , constantly expanding the presence of the journal in various international citation indices , abstract databases , and Internet aggregators of scientific information . We welcome the new members of the international editorial board – more than 20 world-renowned scientists , whose many scientific publications have already become classics of world tourism science . We are grateful to them for the recognition of our journal and willingness to cooperation .
Today , despite the statistical indicators of growth of tourist flows , both the Russian and global tourism industry experiences crisis signs having the character of the system . This is caused by multiple factors . One of the main factors is long-standing needs to find a fundamentally new model of functioning of the tourist services sector , the intensification and optimization of the interaction system between all its components .
According to many researchers , the way of the further development of tourism and hospitality passes through generation fundamentally new organization models of production and rendering services both within the individual destinations and groups of them (« bushes »). Last has been reflected in the concept of « tourism and recreation cluster »,
