Статья посвящена одной из форм системного речевого недоразвития, которая характеризуется первичным нарушением формирования импрессивной речи и диагностируется у детей раннего возраста ― сенсорной алалии. В статье рассмотрены нейропсихологические и нейрофизиологические механизмы данного нарушения речевого онтогенеза, клинические особенности формирования импрессивной и становления экспрессивной речи у детей с сенсорной алалией. Приведены диагностические критерии ее выявления и основные направления коррекции. Ранняя диагностика сенсорной алалии врачами-педиатрами, неврологами необходима для правильной маршрутизации пациента и обеспечения своевременной комплексной медикаментозной и коррекционной помощи.

This article is about one of the forms of a system speech developmental disorder, which is characterized by primary violation of formation of the impressive speech, and is diagnosed in children of early age ― a sensor alaliya. In article neuropsychological and neurophysiological mechanisms of this disturbance of a speech ontogenesis, clinical features of formation impressive and becomings of the expression speech at children with a sensory alalia are considered. Diagnostic criteria of detection and the main directions of correction are given. Early diagnostics of a sensor alaliya by pediatricians, neurologists is necessary for the correct routing of the patient and support of the timely complex medicamentous and correctional help.
