SOCIETY
In his article the Author analyzed the works concerning the rights of power of
the ancient and medieval centuries in the society of nomads. In the national history
the analysis of the basic principles connected with statehood of nomads is carried
out. Сontinuity and specific conclusions of the traditional power in society and
spiritual values of law are defined.
