Humor and laughter are part of human life, a bridge of communication and a tension reliever. We express creativity intelligence and the ability for perceiving problems with a lighter shad though humor. We laugh naturally and it has been shown to make the immune system more powerful, ease tension and bring people together. During a period of pressure and stress, a sense of humor is a valuable asst that reminds us of the beauty of laughter and connection.
Happiness is an extremely personal and often fleeting emotion, founded on a feeling of satisfaction, belonging, and purpose. Although it can be caused by external circumstances— such as achieving success, being among friends and loved ones, or sensing basic pleasure— it is ultimately decided by the state of mind and ability of the person to discover meaning in life. Real happiness would rather live and thrive not because of constant euphoria but because of a strong life that endures both highs and lows with strength and thankfulness. It has less to do with striving for excellence but with appreciating the present and inner peace.
Here are some fun facts we discovered and let us tell you they are truly interesting!

Based on these facts, we would like to add our own personal comments separately for each fact! You know laughing really is universal! Even babies understand it because they laugh before they speak! Laughing is also good for our health because it can burn calories, improve your immune system, can relieve your stress and it’ s also really good for your heart! Also a lot of laughing epidemics have happened in the past which can lead us to the conclusion that Laughter truly is the best medicine— no prescription required from a doctor, and the side effects are pure bliss! Laughing, snorting, or crying your way to cheer, it’ s proof that life doesn’ t need to always be taken so seriously. So have a go— tell a joke, pull a prank on a friend( with their permission, please!), or just laugh at the seriousness of it all. Your brain, your body, and more than likely, your neighbors will be the better for it!
