FACE- BUILDING

„ Building“ of the face muscles just as with the body muscles has became popular recently. There are often disputes about the effectiveness of this technique, but our doctors are going to assure you: face building works! The key to success is the same as in exercises for the biceps or buttocks: regularity and the right technique. At the same time, face-building is an absolutely accessible technique that any woman can perform at home.
We offer some simple exercises, which can supplement your usual course of cosmetic procedures and strengthen their effect! You should perform all these exercises in front of the mirror, removing your makeup. Later, when you get used to the technique of the exercises, you can
do them while doing other things. Each exercise is performed 30-35 times.
Forehead
To flatten horizontal wrinkles on the forehead, you need to put your fingers over the eyebrows, pass your fingers through them. Now make a surprised eyebrow movement and secure it with your fingers.
Lower eyelids
The eyes are left open, while the lower eyelids are trying to stretch as far as they can to be raised upward. The skin around the eyes should be slightly stretched.
Upper eyelids
Lift your upper eyelids upward; do not close your eyes. The white of the eye should be visible during the exercise. Do not raise your eyebrows.
Nose
With your index finger, lift the tip of the nose. Then you press the muscle force on the finger, trying to lower it down.
Chin
Put your chin on clenched fists, elbows resting on the table. Open your mouth, overcoming resistance. This exercise will help reduce a second chin.
