RESTAURANT REVIEW
How many times do you get a great deal to a restaurant you've always wanted to try on
one of those deal sites only to have the deal expire before you get the chance to cash in?
For me it has been way too many times.
There was no way I was going to let it happen to me this time around. I decided I would cash in on this deal and catch up with a friend I haven't seen in ages. This is how I ended up at Grim in Capital Hill. Upon entering I noticed smaller tables lining the walls and large communal tables in the center.
Since it was just going to be the two of us I opted for a small table for two.
Once I sat down I quickly sunk into the seat, this chair was definitely due for a reupholstering, and I felt the need to find a seat that wouldn't engulf me. After finding a more suitable seat, my friend showed up and we quickly ordered drinks from what looked like a well stock bar. There wasn't much of a selection on tap but they did have my local favorite, Mannys Pale Ale.
My friend tried the Moscow Mule, and to her delight it was extremely well made, just the right balance of vodka, lime juice and ginger beer. We were both starving and decided
to bypass appetizers and dive straight into entrees.
