Are there any particular musicians who influence you and your style of music? I'm influenced a lot by 80’s music at the moment, I love the festival feel of songs where you’re drunk with your friends singing along. I’ve been listening to a lot of The Lumineers, Lewis Watson, Matt Woods and The 1975 recently." 9. What is it like recording with Ed Sheeran’s team?! It's an awesome experience I’ve always loved Ed’s music and I feel like the guys down there are just awesome. It's like a song writing sanctuary. I kinda fan-girled at first, but now it's cool. What music are you currently listening to? ! I'm loving a lot of music right now, I feel like singer songwriters are really getting a chance. George Ezra has awesome music out, Lewis Watson’s EPs I’ve loved since day 1, Matt Woods’s new stuff is always crazy cool, then on the other side there's a lot of Prince, Adam and the Ants, Phil Collins.." 11. Is there any advice you could give to newly aspiring musicians? Enjoy it. Write songs about what you know about, not what you think people will like. If you love something enough you will have it. You don't need any money or anything with music. I started writing music using my Nan's computer to record, just write record and enjoy the free beer, there's lots of it.
