Tricia Richert: Tricia Richert graduated from
Knox College in 2011 with a major in
creative writing and a minor in art. During
her sophomore and junior year, she had the
incredible opportunity to intern with
photographer Annie Leibovitz. Currently
she lives in Oak Park, IL with her two mini
Dachshunds and Saint Bernard.
Valentina Cano: Valentina Cano is a student of classical singing who spends whatever free time she has either reading or writing. She also watches over a veritable army of pets. Her work has appeared in numerous publications and her poetry has been nominated for the Pushcart Prize and Best Of the Web. You can find her here:

Valeri Beers: My name is Valeri and I am 40.
I have been writing poetry and short stories since 7th grade. When
I was in high school, I joined a creative writing class and was exposed to different styles of poetry. I wrote two poems and submitted them to the school literary magazine. Both were accepted and I have been writing ever since. Writing poems helps me to be able to remember things I see and feel.
