Tago Schetta
INGREDIENTS
2 ripe avocados
Whole Wheat Bread
Tsp Butter
1/4 cup minced Red Onion
Basil
2 Tbsp Cilantro finely chopped
Tarragon
1 Tbsp Lime Juice
All Purpose Seasoning
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Red Wine Vinegar
6 oz Smoked Salmon
Dried Mango
GUACAMOLE sENSATION
STEP: 1
Gut out 2 avocados, add to bowl. Finely dice red onions and chop cilantro, then add to bowl. Add lime juice. Drizzle a little olive oil and a dap of red wine vinegar. Mix all together with a fork. Add seasoning to taste.
STEP: 2 Keep bread whole or slice diagonal and toast on both sides. Spread guacamole.
STEP:3
Top with a couple pieces of salmon per slice and top with basil and a sprig of cilantro & tarragon
Thinly slice mango, place aside toast. ENJOY!
