Find time to breathe
For a more peaceful complexion take the time to breath, stop, and relax.
Turn off your phone, TV, computer, beeper, radio and mind. For five
minutes sit somewhere nice and take some deep breaths, breath in
through your nose and out through your mouth. Feel the breath flow
through your body, oxygenating your cells and feeding your skin. Finish up
by making yourself a cup of herbal tea or read some inspirational quotes
from a book.
Clean, moisturise and exfoliate with natural products
Your skin is a living organ that is exposed to the outside elements; you
need to take extra care of looking after it. You can do this by simply
cleaning away all the toxic residue from the city, smog and environment
by cleansing your face with a gentle cleanser twice daily. Then hydrate
your skin with a nourishing face cream. It is good to exfoliate twice a week
to remove old dull skin, and allow the new cells to breath and form.
