1 scoop of Acai berries
1 cup frozen organic berries
1 Banana
1 scoop natural protein powder (Itry brown rice or hemp) 1 TBSP
Ground Flaxseed
1TBSP Cinnaman
1 tsp Spirulina Powder
Water or coconut/almond milk to liquefy ingredients
In a blender add all ingredients, making sure to add enough liquid to
liquefy smoothie to desired consistency. Have fun and change up the
fruits and liquids to suit your tastes. Read your labels; make sure all
ingredients do not contain sugar! YUM!
