1 scoop of Acai berries 1 cup frozen organic berries 1 Banana 1 scoop natural protein powder (Itry brown rice or hemp) 1 TBSP Ground Flaxseed 1TBSP Cinnaman 1 tsp Spirulina Powder Water or coconut/almond milk to liquefy ingredients In a blender add all ingredients, making sure to add enough liquid to liquefy smoothie to desired consistency.
