(3) Getter
Getter is a product that maintains the performance of the product in the role of absorbing residual
gases and moisture in a vacuum. It consists of 80% CaO, Ba 5%, Zr 15%. CaO acts as adsorbing
moisture, Ba acts as adsorb nitrogen, Zr acts to adsorb oxygen. Figure 11 shows the getter shape of
the VIP.
