Zara's competitors are mainly high street retailers ranging from Primark to Whistles. As Zara offer trend driven clothing they must ensure they giving their customer the right product and the right price while filling a gap in the market. Zara sit in around the middle for their prices, they are in line with other retailers such as Asos and Topshop, they offer a good mix of higher priced investment items but also cheaper alternatives to appeal to customers with different budgets. As Zara’s have an integrated supply chain they can get product into stores very quickly, this means they can keep up with trends and often present them quicker than other retailers such as H&M and Whistles who do offer on trend items, but just not at the pace that Zara does.
