Zara are also known for pricing their products in line with the quality of them, so customers may not mind paying a little bit extra for some pieces because they trust Zara quality.

Zara are easily accessible to customers with 2,100 stores in 88 countries, they mainly have stores in cities as this is where their main customers are based.

They also sell their clothing on their website and mobile store

In the actual stores there is a lot of free space giving the customer plenty of room to find products, this stops the customer becoming overwhelmed with too much choice.

Zara also sell their products through their app which can also been accessed through apples new iwatch.

Their online platforms are expected to expand more so than their bricks and mortar stores in the near future.
