Falling somewhere between cookie and candy, this dessert is usually made with desiccated coconut or peanut, or both. With no oven required, Kashata is quick and easy to make. This Swahili dish is traditionally served with strong black coffee. Makes 12 – 15 balls INGREDIENTS 250g fine desiccated coconut 100g
