Our main course are Fried Frog legs, Lemon Chicken, Sweet and Sour Fish, Mapo Tofu, Sichuan Noodles and Yang Chow as our starch. Yang Chow itself is very heavy and for me it lacks of salt. Lemon Chicken is very delicious the sweetness and acid of lemon balanced the flavor and the chicken is not dry. Sweet and Sour Fish, the fish is perfectly cooked, properly seasoned and delicious.
Mapo Tofu, it's a bit watery and light in color, I don't think it is cooked like that because when we did it at our laboratory it is quite thick and dark, this is a healthy dish in chinese cuisine, lastly the frog legs, actually it is my first time to taste frog legs, just like they say it taste like a chicken only that there is a goowy texture I feel but is good.
Down to our final course: Dessert, we have Mango Sago, I really love this because what you taste is what you get. It is blended ripe mango with sago, even though it is simple it satisfy the whole course of the meal. The price of the dishes in the restaurant is quite expensive but it's all worth it. The service in this restaurant is good, just lacking some good communication skills with the guests but other was fine.
Over-all the restaurant was highly recommendable for those who want to try the taste of chinese food at Binondo Manila.
It is a fun experience to taste Chinese cuisine, I will never get tired of eating Chinese food in my life. Specially when you are out with friends and family, it is the most happiest part because of bonding moments with each other, simply, it is a taste of everything.
