It is interesting to note that all those who wished to go to the Rebbe would just knock on the door and enter. They would ask their questions in the same manner as they did before Yud Shevat. This took up a great amount of the Rebbe’ s time from his holy work. Subsequently, the Rebbe told Rabbi Chadokov to let everyone know that they should first make an appointment to see him
There was a student who wanted Yechidus. When the Rebbe went downstairs after Davening he asked the Rebbe for a Yechidus. The Rebbe told him:“ Next week, Tuesday at 8:00 pm”. When he entered the Rebbe’ s office at the appointed time, he saw the Rebbe wearing his hat, short jacket and gartel. He gave his letter to the Rebbe and the Rebbe answered his questions accordingly. The student said this was his first Yechidus.

After Mincha, before the Rebbe went back in to his room, Eli Gross approached the Rebbe and asked if he could speak to the Rebbe for a few minutes. The Rebbe asked,“ What’ s with Mr ………; did you find a job for him?”
Eli Gross replied that he had not. The Rebbe then told him:“ Thursday, some Bochurim are going to the farm of Y.
