Youth Exchanges allow groups of young people (aged 13 to 30) from different countries to meet and live together for up to 21 days. During a youth exchange, people from different countries and exchange ideas and experience on different topics such as - sport, no hate speech, refugee crisis, climate changes, board games, volunteering, active citizenship and etc. The working methods are based on the non formal education and the participants work together on a chosen topic through a mix of workshops, exercises, debates, role-plays, simulations, outdoor activities.

Training Courses and Seminars support the professional development of youth workers from 18 years old.

In these cases the organizations are setting minimum criteria for selection.

Usually participants are Youth Workers, Youth Leaders and so on. People who are already working with young people; the projects are on different topics.

The main idea is to get trained and acquire some skills and competences that can be used afterwords.

The difference between Seminar and Training Course is that on Seminar people have already knowledge and experience and they go there to exchange their knowledge and establish partnerships. The idea in the training course is that the person get the competences.
