YOUTH PROGRAMMING
• Develop and implement diverse programs , experiences , and activities to engage youth members .
• Foster community and belonging among youth , encouraging participation in club-wide events and activities .
• Partner with the Director of Club Events in planning , executing , and staffing youth events .
• Be the primary contact for members ’ youth needs . Respond to inquiries and problems efficiently , courteously , and professionally .
• Collaborate with leaders on reservations , daily reports , and requests in the Youth Activities Center ( YAC ) through our booking program , ForeTees .
• Seek feedback and input from membership to improve programs continuously .
• Develop the annual youth budget and oversee billing for all youth programming .
• Maintain accurate program records , including incident reports , documentation , and daily attendance .
• Maintain open and positive communication with parents , informing them about program details , special events , and behavioral concerns .
• Oversee the cleanliness and organization of the YAC .
