• Recruit , hire , onboard , manage , and lead team members in the Youth Activities Center ( YAC ).
• Provide leadership and coaching to team members , including clear roles , responsibilities , and direction , regular reviews , hands-on training , and kind , prompt feedback while developing authentic relationships with them .
• Build strong relationships with all department leaders to support collaboration , communication , and problem-solving .
• Maintain a high level of visibility and accessibility to the membership .
