cooked or processed tomatoes
regularly at least twice per week.
• Selenium. Selenium is found in
Brazil nuts, fish, seafood, liver and
kidney. Selenium supplements
don't seem to have an effect.
• Cruciferous vegetables. These
include broccoli, cauliflower,
cabbage, Brussels sprouts, pak
choy, spinach and kale.
