1 . Welcome Center - Located at the main entrance to Life U ’ s beautiful , 110-acre campus off of South Cobb Drive , the Welcome Center will be a one-stop service center / gathering space for our quests with representatives for visitors , prospective students and alumni returning to enjoy campus events .
2 . Sophomore Housing – As Life U ’ s College of Undergraduate and Graduate Studies continues to grow with students seeking our innovative excellence in academic programming , the additional demand for housing will be met with the construction of Sophomore housing – Phase 2 of our Strategic Plan .
3 . Upper Class / D . C . Housing - The growing desire of our chiropractic students to live on campus while completing their studies and enjoying all that campus life has to offer will be achieved with this dedicated Upper Class / D . C . Housing – in Phase 3 of the 2040 Strategic Plan .
4 . Alumni Tower – The Alumni Tower will be paired with the iconic Bell Tower in the center of campus that symbolizes the sacrifice that our chiropractic forefathers made to legalize the practice of Chiropractic for those who followed in their footsteps . The Alumni Tower is a modern symbol for all those Life U graduates who have followed in the realization of that dream and in making our world a better and healthier place for all .
5 . Parking Deck – Parking , parking and more parking ! With an increase in students and campus growth comes the heightened need for additional parking . The construction of a new multilevel parking deck will offset this demand .

6 . Alumni and Student Center – Meeting the need for dedicated gathering and service facilities for our alumni and students , this center will provide additional office space and community gathering for the Life U community .
7 . Dr . Chuck Ribley Lasting Purpose Alumni Event Center – The traditional architecture of the McMillan Building , located in the heart of campus , will be restored to house a beautiful , state-of-the-art Alumni Event Center for our Life U alumni to reconnect and engage .
8 . Chiropractic , Sport and Performance Research Center – This preeminent translational research center explores the effects of the chiropractic adjustment and care on sport achievement and human performance throughout a lifespan .
9 . Vitalism Paths – Enhancing the beauty of Life U ’ s campus , the Vitalism Paths will be expanded and revitalized to allow our students and visitors the opportunity to explore the hidden wonders of Life U .
10 . Meditation Center – Located along the tranquil Rottenwood Creek that flows through the center of campus , the Meditation Center provides a dedicated space for Life U students , faculty and staff to recenter and connect with their inner peace and the surrounding beauty of our nature-centric campus .

11 . Octagon – The Octagon is Life U ’ s “ think tank ” on our world ’ s most far-reaching conversations as they relate to the Eight Core Proficiencies of the educational experience at Life U . Expanding our reach on the previous Octagon efforts to date that have resulted in impactful programs on Vitalism ; Subluxation ; and the creation of the Center for Compassion Integrity and Secular Ethics , which birthed the nationally recognized Chillon Project and the globally supported partnership with UNESCO and the Mahatma Gandhi Institute – Compassionate Integrity Training ( CIT ).
