external communications/public
relations. She leads event efforts
working closely with staff and
appropriate committees and aligns
them with the program of work.
– When asked, the farthest place
you have traveled? Stephanie said,
“When I studied abroad in Europe,
and loved every minute of it!”

Director of Financial Operations

As the Director of Financial Operations, Melvin is the first person you
see when you check in at one of the many events the Chamber hosts
throughout the year. He handles all financial duties for the Chamber
and the Foundation, manages the Positively Cheyenne Certificates and
is the Chamber liaison for the Finance Committee. – When asked, what
is one you thing you never travel without? Melvin said, “I never travel
without directions.”
