This program is designed to help little ones explore the sport of soccer . Players will learn how to kick , pass , stop kick , and more . Players will make new friends and learn teamwork . This program is sponsored by the Town of Yountville . Please wear closed toed athletic shoes . Parent participation may be required if your Little Kicker needs extra support . This is not a drop off program . No class 10 / 7 .

WALKING MEDITATION FOR KIDS
Community Center / Bokushu Sakamoto / Ages 9 - 12 The practice of meditation has been shown to promote health on every level , from increased mental focus and concentration to reduced stress , lower blood pressure , and more restful sleep . Walking meditation involves deliberately thinking about and doing a series of actions that you would normally just do automatically ! The class is led by Sensei , a resident of Napa Valley for many years , who has practiced meditation for 50 years in both Japan and the United States . This class is great for beginners or those who are experienced in practicing meditation . A seated option will be available as well . Please be prepared to walk in bare feat or thin socks .

Have fun while learning self-defense techniques . Develop mental and physical strength as well as confidence , self-discipline and respect for others . Train the entire class time or enjoy flexible arrival and departure times within the two-hour timeframe prearranged with the instructor . No class 10 / 11 and 11 / 8 .
