3. Write down things people say to you
that make you happy.
Keep a list stashed in some notebook, your backpack or in the notes of your phone. If you need some motivitation, read something that made you smile or giggle the first time you heard it. It doesn´t have to be deep or meaningfull (but it can be!) but it should be one that makes you remember something good.
4. Create and build up bigger goals
Want to study for a big math test? Plan to study a little each night. Really need to clean your closet? Go through a new section each weekend and donate what you don´t need.
5.Choose a Role Model
Think of the qualities of that the role model displays, whether physical, emotional, moral, or spiritual. Make sure they have done something that is special and related to you. Work towards acquiring their special talents.
