1. Eat and Drink
This is so important. Don´t skip meals because you want to be skinnier, not even breakfast. Eat at least a fruit and a granola bar of some kind every morning. Refueling your body is better than starving yourself.

Everybody loves sleeping, so why skip this part? Get at least 4-5 hours of sleep a night. Don´t miss more hours and go to bed at a reasonable time.
