Celtic 13s won their quarter 5-1 at home to Hibs. - Hibernian’s 17s faired slightly better in their own Scottish Cup quarter final with a 4-3 win over Hamilton Academical. Rangers progressed in the same competition, defeating Hamilton Caledonian 9-1. - Dundee West secured an impressive 7-1 league win over Broughty United away from home. Falkirk Girls 13s booked their place in the final of the Scottish Cup with an emphatic 8-1 win over Celtic Girls Tayside. Megan Robb grabbed a late consolation goal for Celtic but the damage had already been done in what was a strong performance from Falkirk. Celtic 15s were also defeated in their quarter final tie with Glasgow City 4-0. OCTOBER Glasgow City 15s reached the final of the Scottish Cup, defeating Falkirk four-nil in the semi final at Ravenscraig. Hibs booked a ticket to meet them at Toryglen with a 3-1 victory over Rangers. Hibs 17s proved too strong for Real Farmington, and reached the Scottish Cup final with a 3-2 win, whilst Hearts 13s edged past Celtic 3-2 to also make the final crowned league champions after a 7-0 win over Glenrothes Strollers at Pitreavie. The Girls Scottish Cup finals took place on Saturday the ninth of November at Toryglen. Falkirk and Hearts 13s were first in action, with Falkirk running out 3-1 winners. This game was followed by the U15s final in which a Lauren Watters goal was enough to secure a 1-0 win for Hibernian over Glasgow City. Unfortunately for Hibs, their 17s team couldn’t emulate the success of the younger squad as they were beaten comfortably by Rangers, six goals to none.
