But the appearance of the skin and figure depends on healthy nutrition. It determines our life energy and our good or bad mood. To be healthy and in a good mood we need to eat a lot of protein, carbohydrates, fats, minerals, vitamins and drink a lot of water. We should also follow the rules of healthy nutrition. They consist of: - providing the body with all the necessary nutrients, - eating the right amount (important to avoid overeating), - eating regularly, more than 3 times daily. (The best is eating 5 times a day.) 17
