STAFF- They tends to be quite young to help and are usually located in a certain part of the store.

CUSTOMER SERVICE- It tends to have good, however, it is not very personal it is very minimal or a 'help-yourself" service.

STAFF- For online stores are different to the normal staff that works in a store. They are not seen as they work behind the scenes. There are delivery staff, stock warehouse, and helpline staff.

CUSTOMER SERVICE- The staff helps with inquiries by email, instant messaging services and filtering services to meet the customer’s needs.

Visual displays- The key to selling as that their main selling place so they have photos of eye-catching PRODUCTS, catwalk videos, titles/interface design, celebrity endorsement campaigns and digital features such as zooming and 360 views of the product.
