Made to order of each Free, Fresh Bowl of mix fruit Celane Melon, Blueberries, Ram-berries, Larma, & grapes

and/or

Stuffed Mushrooms made with seasoned ground tarsk and cheese

Appetizers

Potato cream and rice soup. served cold or hot.

and/or

Cabbage with verr meat soup- served only hot.

Main Course-Three choices of Meals

Meal Option 1: Skewed Fried vulo. Slices of vulo meat dipped in eggs and flour on skewer then fried in bean oil. Served with onions, Rice with mushrooms.

Meal Option 2: oysters "Rockefeller" ((Spicy)) In a single plate, you would receive 12 medium size fresh water oysters, split open, landed on boiled spinach and chopped red peppers then topped with Tarsk bacon slices. Seasons to be used in this dish is bean oil, pepper sauce and salt.

Meal Option 3: Caramel Apple Tarsk Chop. Two thick chops, saute in sugar and oil. No extra salt will be added to this meal due to the meat contains enough, however you may request peppers or mushrooms as a topper. Chops would be seasoned with nutmeg and cinnamon after both sides are lightly toasted. That will simmer, then sliced apple will be served on the side
