On 5 July 1951 the Pinwa1er Race Management Committee suggested that ' al I ynch1s on the register of the Bayview Yttcht Racing A ' sociation be invited

This would have brought the Dragons and Stars under the club ' s co1urol but the club did n01 have facilities to handle them until 1954 when they began racing with the Piuwatcr Ocel .
