Random thoughts can be some of our greatest assets. Personally I feel as though I am at my best creatively when I do not limit my mind, or the works that come from it. Undoubtedly there is a formula to all success, but there is also that organic existence to relevance creatively that has a way of taking precedence. No stranger to initiative NYMLO, formerly known as NYMDOT has had a healthy buzz on his hand for some time. The fierce former street-battler, seasoned via some of the most intense offerings the street-sport had. Competition, you name it, he's satisfied. Not to be stagnated, NYM continued his due diligence and incorporated the craft of songwriting. His biggest foray to date, the aforementioned Im From Harlem, to date has done very well digitally and has been a mainstay on some of the biggest outlets you can find. With a remix that featured none other than fellow Harlemite, Jim Jones, truth became, NYMLO is on the map.
In the years that have followed NYMLO has persevered just like any other, never losing his love for the music. The industry is one thing, but true artist are quick to admit the passion is indeed the creativity, the expression. Having been struck by tragedy recently with the passing of his son, NYMLO has taken to what he knows best, the beat to unleash his current mindstate.
