NBA Finals 2012 Preview

17

Sorry Dan Gabriel, and the rest of the haters who would probably have 116 Million other preferences of happenings instead of King James' reign continuing. In Supreme fashion, Lebron James and the Miami heat have once again played their way onto the World's Greatest stage, the NBA Finals. Flanked by Flash, Dwayne Wade that is, they found a way to overcome the resurging Boston Celtics who displayed the heart of a true champion extending their Eastern Conference Finals series to a Game 7 before losing in heart-breaking fashion to South Beach's version of the Big 3.

Celebrations may be short lived as what accompanies advancement is a greater challenge in the form of the Oklahoma City Thunder led by all-world talent, 3-Time NBA Scoring Champion Kevin Durant, who finished as the runner up to Lebron James' 3rd MVP Award this season.

Arguable the greatest scorer of the 21st century, Kevin Durant and his supporting cast of highly talented Russell Westbrook and reigning Sixth Man of the Year James Harden are ready to cement their names in the annals of history as well as take the 1st step into what could very well be the next NBA dynasty a-la the Bulls and Lakers of late 90's early millenium.

A lot remains to be seen, but the undeniable fact is that you will be entertained. With the best 2 Players in the world (sorry Kobe) holding court, how could you not.

Series begins June 12th @9 PM on ABC, continuing onto Thursday and Sunday with the first two games in OKC, followed by the next 3 in MIA.
