Go
back
to
your
list
and
give
each
task
a
value
ZR,
LR,
HR
or
HLV
(don’t
worry
about
the
ones
that
you
have
already
allocated
on
your
time
sheet
–
like
cooking
dinner)
• Based
on
the
number
of
hours
that
you
have
available
(the
white
spaces
on
your
time
sheet),
work
out
how
you
want
to
split
this
time
between
your
Zero,
Low,
High
and
Sustainable
income
tasks.
• You
can
then
go
back
to
your
time
sheet
and
allocate
with
a
different
colour
for
each,
at
which
time
during
your
day
you
will
do
the
different
value
tasks.
• Some
people
operate
better
early
in
the
morning
and
others
later
in
the
day.
The
trick
is
to
work
out
when
you
are
at
your
best
and
to
use
that
time
for
your
sustainable
income
and
high
value
tasks.
We
all
hit
a
slump
at
some
point
during
the
day
–
be
aware
of
this
and
use
this
time
to
do
something
that
does
not
require
a
lot
of
thinking.
4. SET
UP
YOUR
PLANNER
• You
can
now
start
planning
according
to
how
much
time
you
have
available
in
a
day,
and
what
time
of
the
day
would
be
best
for
you
to
do
certain
things.
5. OTHER
THINGS
THAT
YOU
CAN
INCLUDE
IN
YOUR
PLANNING
SYSTEM
•
GOAL
SETTING
•
•
I
am
not
going
to
go
into
much
detail
on
goal
setting
as
that
is
a
subject
all
on
its
own,
but
I
do
want
to
mention
that
it
is
important
to
include
goal
setting
as
part
of
your
planning,
as
often
goal
steps
need
to
be
worked
into
your
daily
schedule.
Things
like
growing
your
social
media
can
also
be
set
as
a
goal
and
time
provision
needs
to
be
made
to
achieve
this.
CONTACTS
Having
some
of
your
contacts
in
one
place
can
save
you
time.
For
example,
if
you
keep
all
your
suppliers
on
one
page,
when
you
are
working
on
a
project,
instead
of
having
to
search
around
–
maybe
even
forgetting
about
a
key
supplier
–
you
can
just
turn
to
that
page
and
make
your
calls.
• The
same
would
go
for
key
customers.
6. TIME
MANAGEMENT
TIPS
• Do
not
plan
to
do
more
than
you
can
do
in
a
day
• Prioritise
• Know
when
you
are
at
your
most
productive
• Multitasking
is
not
an
advantage
–
we
can
only
do
one
thing
at
a
time
• Focus
on
“chunks”
of
time
if
you
want
to
get
things
done
• You
need
at
least
30
days
of
practice
to
change
a
habit
–
initially
enthusiasm
and
willpower
will
get
you
through
but
that
might
fade
• Learn
to
manage
your
emails
• Avoid
time
wasters
• Some
days
just
happen
–
let
go
and
let
it
be
•
•
