D450 Bucket Lifter
Principle
The bucket scoops materials up from the storage, ascends to the top with con-
veyor belt or chain, passes around the top wheel, then turn down, and the bucket
lifter will pour the materials into the receiver tank. The driving belt of bucket lifter
applies rubber belt, installed under or on the transmission roller and on both sides
of the bend roller. Generally, there are two parallel transmission chains equipped
on the chain bucket lifter, one side is a pair of driving sprocket, and the other side
is band sprocket. The bucket lifter is equipped with a chassis to prevent the dust
floatation in it.
Features
There are two forms of transmission device for D type bucket lifter, with YZ reduc-
er and ZQ (or YY) reducer equipped respectively. YZ reducer is mounted directly on
the head of the main shaft, without transmission platform and coupling to make
compact structure and light weight. Moreover, there is a special-shaped roller
backstop with reliable backstop. With low noise and stable operation, the reducer
floats with the main shaft and can eliminate the installation stress.

Dtype bucket lifter is composed of the operation parts (hopper and traction belt), upper section with driving roller,
lower parts with tension roller, intermediate casing, the driving device, etc. It is suitable for conveying power, granular
and small pieces of bulk materials with the loose thickness ρ<1.5t/m3, no wear resistance and semi wear resistance,
such as coal, sand, breeze, cement and broken ores.
