and moved to Douglas. There they purchased Table
Mountain Ranch and now Bree, their oldest grand-

RUSTIC AND ROMANTIC
The ranch in summer before hay season was perfect
for Bree and Michael’s wedding day. Bree cut hay
with a swather at the wedding rehearsal and super-
vised groomsmen as they pitchforked it out. Her
dad made planking for seating while the bridal party
placed hay bales. RUNAWAY BRIDE
On the wedding day Bree’s dad drove her to the
meadow in his vintage Trans Am. Both are Burt
Reynolds fans and love the movie Smokey and the
Bandit. After the wedding Bree was indeed the run-
away bride as Michael drove them to their getaway,
a trip to Thermopolis for a soak in the hot springs,
then onto Jackson and Yellowstone.
SEASONS IN BLOOM
Sunflower Trail Road takes you directly to the ranch.
Those familiar with the area rave about incredible
blooms lining both sides. Bree chose her colors and
bouquet to reflect the trail, and her gown from Dora
Grace was the perfect accent. Handmade paper
blooms and rustic signs made by Bree, her sister, and
a close friend adorned historic Fort Reno at the State
Fairgrounds in Douglas, the reception venue. Bree,
now a teacher, was excited by her second-grade class ADVICE TO WYOMING WEDDING COUPLES
“When it comes to photography do not skimp;
quality is so important. We knew immediately at
the Laramie Fall Bridal Expo hosted by Wyoming
Weddings that we wanted Anne from Ludwig’s. In a
room full of photographers, she stood out. Ludwig’s
was passionate about telling our story and making
REAL photographs that will last a lifetime. I love
sitting with family and friends, smiling and laughing
with our beautiful albums spread out on my lap.” n
