The “Action Team” is the primary small group for our 10X Marketing Plan*. You have
chosen to be a “Project Manager” (PM). Your role is to organize a project or business
working with your selected team and often in competition with other teams.
Choose 3-5 individuals, team members to achieve personal and team objectives
leading to BIGGER and BIGGER projects and increased cash and prizes.

Your team provides additional resources i.e. time, energy, expertise, and money. Teams are
organized to complete missions, challenges, and tasks. When a PM wins, his/her team wins. A
PM can be a PM for one team and a Team Member (TM) entitled to winning on another
PM’s team. Individuals can only be a PM on one project at a time.
