o 4) Identify starting points—present strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats. (SWOTs).
Office– Doing the JoB$$
o 5) Write a One-Year Action Plan.
o 6) Apply six types of involvement.
o 7) Enlist staff, parents, students, and the community.
Penthouse – Earning KASH
o 8) Evaluate the quality and outreach of activities and results.
o 9) Conduct annual “Business Birthday” celebration to report progress to all participants.
o 10) Continue working toward a comprehensive, goal-oriented program of partnerships.
