Small Group Training

The Winter Session runs from December – February The Spring Session runs from March – May
Get ready to elevate your fitness journey with Small Group Training! Our full-body workouts are designed to build strength and endurance, harnessing the energy of the group and the expertise of certified instructors to maximize your results. We offer three dynamic training styles:
STRENGTH
Focus on whole-body strength training using kettlebells and TRX to improve balance, flexibility, and core stability.
PERFORMANCE
Experience high-intensity interval training sessions that blend cardio and strength training through circuit and group-style classes.
POWER
Engage in metabolic conditioning sessions that increase heart rate and cater to all fitness levels. Conditioning includes the use of dumbbells, kettlebells, mats, bands, and body weight.
