First and foremost, I am glad that you recognize the importance of drinking water. With that being said, it sounds like there is a perfect alternative for you to avoid filling your water with unhealthy sugars and drinking pop. I strongly recommend infusing your water with all sorts of flavourful fresh fruits such as lemons, cucumbers, oranges, limes—whatever you like really! This not only adds flavour to your water, but also additional health benefits.

Before I get started, let me just say that I know that drinking water is important. However, as much as I hate to admit it, I rarely ever do. I hate the fact that water has no taste, so I always end up using sugary flavour packets in my water or reaching for a Pepsi instead. What is a healthier alternative that I can use to make drinking water more enjoyable?
