We’re pulling together supporting data and exploring options for leaner processes.  Achieving consistency across the regions  Introducing robust measures to assess the success of events  Research methods of collating survey feedback  Increase VFM and explore options for economical solutions to transport provision  Reviewing central, regional and local forums.  Review Subject Access Requests  Explore the main barriers around company secretarial tasks  Create a process map identifying responsibilities of Governance and RI when recruiting and developing Resident Governance members  Process map the journey of a Board Member and identify and remove waste, duplication and inefficiency.  Achieve closer working with Asset Services H&S to maximise resources  Review & report on current H&S inspection practice  Investigate options for further savings on CDM  Review Contract Management within the team. :    Case management Legal and ASB spend Policy and planning. We’ve completed the majority of workshops. We’re now working through final details of the processes. 5
